Ronald C. Greenway, age 82, of McMurray, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 3, 2024, with his daughter by his side. He was born December 23, 1941, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Clarence and Marie V. Miller Greenway. Ron is survived by his loving daughter, Kim (Thom) White; and two grandchildren, TJ White and Erin (Bailey) White. On June 13, 1964, he married his beloved wife of 58 years, the late Marilyn A. Johnston Greenway who passed away in April 2023.

Ron received his Master's Degree in education and for over 30 years taught chemistry at Upper St. Clair High School. During his professional and working career, he also worked in the chemistry lab at Washington Hospital and early in life worked at both Kennywood Park and The Meadows racetrack. Ron was very active in High School Athletics where he coached soccer, cross country and the rifle team. He also kept the time clock and books for the basketball team and worked the ticket booth at football games.
